Job Information

1. Qualification

- Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree (Graduated or Expected to graduate before Aug 2020)

- Applicants with no reasons for disqualification in acquiring working visa (E-7) in

Korea

- Fluent in written and spoken English

2. Job Description

Role : Project Management (PM/CM Service)

· Provide overall project management and administration of design, constructions

and commissioning services for client

· Confirm that appropriate project authorization and funding is in place before

activities begin

· Prepare cash flow projections and monitors financial performance

· Assures that al necessary jurisdictional approvals are obtained and that all

applicable codes and standards are met

· Assist in proactive schedule management of all major project milestones

· Diligently pursue the timely completion of any punch list and all project

closeout activities

3. Minimum Requirements

BS in Architecture, Civil, Mechanical, Electric, Electronics Engineering, CM or

related Degree

4. Preferred Qualification

· Fluent in written and spoken Korean.

· Test of Proficiency in Korea Score Holders

· Other foreign languages certifications

· Internship or work experiences in the related fields of EPC, Construction,

PM/CM industries

· Professional registration, LEED accreditation
